No. Grayde is a Canadian-dollar platform operating on domestic rails only. We do not offer foreign exchange, currency conversion, or cross-border payments. Every transaction you send or receive through Grayde settles in CAD between Canadian financial institutions.

Interac e-Transfer, EFT credits and debits (including pre-authorized debits), domestic CAD wire transfers, and bill payment to Canadian billers including the CRA. All four are available from one wallet, one contract and one API.

Most files reach a decision within five business days of a complete application. Complex ownership structures or regulated businesses can take longer, and we will tell you which category you fall into on the first call.

Interac e-Transfer is capped at $25,000 per transaction by the network. EFT, wires and bill payments have no product cap. Your limit is your available wallet balance and the limits agreed during onboarding.

e-Transfers typically settle in under a minute. EFT settles T+1 with debits becoming firm at T+3. Domestic wires settle the same business day when instructed before 2:00 PM ET. Bill payments post in one to two business days depending on the biller.

We underwrite the flow of funds, not the industry label. We work with MSBs, lenders, staffing agencies, marketplaces and registered digital-asset platforms. We need a documented compliance program and a model we can monitor.

Client balances are held in segregated accounts at a Canadian financial institution, separate from Grayde operating funds, and reconciled to the wallet every business day.

Yes. Our REST API covers all four rails with idempotent writes, signed webhooks and batch endpoints up to 50,000 rows. Sandbox keys are issued when you sign; production keys when compliance approves.

A monthly platform fee plus a published per-transaction rate for each rail. There is no setup fee, no minimum volume and no FX spread, because there is no FX. Full rates are on the Pricing page.

Returns post back against the original transaction with the code translated into plain language, and fire a webhook so your system can retry or escalate. Your account manager reviews any pattern of returns with you.
